Shipping policy

When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

The amount of time that it will take to ship the goods to you will be calculated and presented to you when you place your order.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

 

International Shipping (Canada, Australia, etc.)

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard international shipping typically can range anywhere from 10-14 business days. Additional tracking is not available on international packages once transferred to local Canadian postal carriers for final delivery. 

Due to changing customs import policies there may be some delays with shipments which are out of our control. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed an additional 5-10 business days due to long customs processing / inspections / clearance times. 

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products or shipping with our store. Although duties are not all always incurred, assessment of the duties and taxes will be based on the retail value of the total goods imported. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; We Are Italians has no control over these charges, nor can We Are Italians predict what they may be. 

Expedited Shipping

We Are Italians does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times on all orders is 3-7 business days.
